We are extremely delighted to announce that Virgo HEALTH has been ranked 8th in the Great Place to Work® Institute’s Best Small Workplaces Programme.
The award, announced in last week’s Guardian and FT, is specifically designed for organisations who aspire to sustain a great workplace culture. Two thirds of the score which determines a ranking in the list comes from the Trust Index® Employee Survey ensuring that it is based firmly upon the voice of employees and a Culture Audit® management survey, and is therefore a clear reflection of the time and energy dedicated to recruiting, nurturing and developing the Virgo team.
We don’t like to blow our own trumpet too much but hoped some of our readers would be interested to know a little bit about our success as a company. The real credit goes to Anna Parfitt, HR Director, who comments: “We are thrilled to receive this prestigious award. We have a longstanding commitment to putting our people first and the fact that this award is based on employees’ feedback makes it even more significant for us.”
